Our Commitment

At Sealed Republic, every order is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves our hands. We stand behind every sealed case we sell. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• Digital products or gift cards

⚠️ Important: Due to the nature of sealed collectible products, once a case is opened the contents cannot be verified or resold as factory sealed. All sales of opened products are final.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at orders@sealedrepublic.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
4. Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Processing time: 10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the return
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued
• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit): we cover return shipping
• If the return is a change of mind: customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Carrier Damaged Items

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

1. Take photos immediately before opening or handling further
2. Email orders@sealedrepublic.com within 48 hours of delivery
3. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
4. We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Google Pay & Apple Pay Refunds

Refunds to Google Pay and Apple Pay wallets are processed the same way as card refunds — back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Stripe Payment Refunds

All refunds are processed securely through Stripe. Sealed Republic does not store your card details. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your card issuer.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable federal or Oregon state consumer protection law. If you are an international customer, your local consumer rights may also apply.
