Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, domestic US delivery takes 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our facility. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Yes — 100% free shipping on every US order, no minimum required. Whether you order one case or ten, domestic shipping is always covered. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the email is sent. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder, or email us at orders@sealedrepublic.com with your order number.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change something, email us immediately at orders@sealedrepublic.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase to secure your allocation. Your case ships within 1–3 business days of the official product release date. If a release is delayed, we’ll notify you by email. If a product is cancelled by the manufacturer, you’ll receive a full refund automatically — no action needed on your part.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unopened, factory sealed items only. To start a return, email us at orders@sealedrepublic.com with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Unfortunately, opened cases are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Once a factory seal is broken, we can no longer verify the contents or resell the case as factory sealed. We guarantee the sealed condition and authenticity of every case — but pull rates and contents are determined solely by the manufacturer. This applies to all hobby products across the industry.

Every case at Sealed Republic goes through a pre-shipment inspection that checks seal integrity, weight consistency, packaging condition, and manufacturer label verification. We source exclusively from authorized hobby distributors — the same channels used by brick-and-mortar stores — with a fully traceable chain of custody from manufacturer to your door. We maintain a zero tolerance policy for resealed, weight-sorted, or tampered products. If you ever receive a product that doesn’t meet this standard, we’ll replace or fully refund it immediately.

We carry factory sealed cases from the most trusted names in the hobby: Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece Card Game, Disney Lorcana, Panini, Topps, and Upper Deck. All products are sealed cases — we do not sell individual packs, loose cards, or opened product. New products and pre-orders are added regularly.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, certified at PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest standard in payment security. We never store your card number or CVV on our servers. The price at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

Absolutely. Every transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, processed through Stripe PCI-DSS Level 1, and monitored by Stripe Radar’s AI fraud detection. When you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your actual card number is never shared with us — a unique secure token is used instead. We never store sensitive payment data of any kind.

Yes — we offer wholesale accounts for verified resellers, hobby stores, and licensed retail businesses. The minimum first order is $500 USD and the reorder minimum is $300 USD. A valid resale certificate from your state is required. To apply, email us at orders@sealedrepublic.com with your business name, address, and estimated monthly order volume.
