Sealed Republic offers wholesale purchasing options for verified resellers, hobby stores, and licensed retail businesses who wish to purchase factory sealed hobby cases in bulk at wholesale pricing.

We apply the same standard to every wholesale order that we apply to every retail order: 100% authentic, 100% factory sealed, 100% sourced from authorized distributors.

Wholesale Requirements

To open a wholesale account with Sealed Republic, you must provide:

1. ✅ Valid resale certificate from your state of business
2. ✅ Business name and registered address
3. ✅ Business email address
4. ✅ Estimated monthly order volume
5. ✅ Type of products you are interested in

All applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at our discretion.

Minimum Order Requirements

Orders below the minimum threshold will be processed at standard retail pricing.

Wholesale Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is provided upon approval of your wholesale account
• Pricing varies by product, brand, and order volume
• Pricing is subject to change based on distributor costs and market conditions
• Wholesale pricing is not publicly listed and is shared exclusively with approved accounts

Product Availability

• Wholesale orders are subject to distributor allocation and availability
• High-demand products may have per-account quantity limits
• Pre-orders are available to wholesale accounts on the same terms as retail
• Sealed Republic does not guarantee availability of specific products at time of order

Payment Terms

All wholesale payments are processed securely through Stripe PCI-DSS Level 1.

Shipping & Handling for Wholesale Orders

• Domestic shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order size and weight
• Free shipping threshold: Available on qualifying wholesale orders — confirmed at account setup
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx — selected based on order size and destination
• Processing time: Wholesale orders processed within 2–5 business days
• Tracking: Full tracking provided for every wholesale shipment
• International wholesale: Available to select countries — contact us for details

Returns & Refunds for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy with the following additional terms:

Return shipping costs for wholesale orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Resale Certificate Requirement

A valid resale certificate (also called a reseller’s permit or sales tax exemption certificate) is required for all wholesale accounts. This certificate:

• Exempts your wholesale purchases from sales tax where applicable
• Confirms your legal status as a registered reseller
• Must be issued by your state’s department of revenue
• Must be current and valid at time of application and renewal

Sealed Republic is required by Oregon state law to collect and verify resale certificates from all wholesale customers claiming tax exemption.

Wholesale Account Maintenance

To keep your wholesale account active:

• Place at least one qualifying order every 6 months
• Keep your resale certificate current and on file
• Maintain a positive payment history
• Comply with all terms outlined in this policy

Inactive accounts may be converted to retail status without notice.

Prohibited Resale Practices

By opening a wholesale account with Sealed Republic, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent products as anything other than factory sealed
• Reseal, tamper with, or weight sort any product purchased from us
• Sell products in a condition inconsistent with their factory sealed status
• Use our brand name or logo without written permission
• Represent yourself as an official partner or affiliate of Sealed Republic without authorization

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your wholesale account and may result in legal action.

3. Include your business name, address, resale certificate, and estimated order volume
4. Our team will review your application within 2–3 business days
5. Approved applicants will receive wholesale pricing and account setup instructions
