What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a sealed case before its official release date. At Sealed Republic, we source directly from authorized distributors, which means pre-orders are your best chance to lock in high-demand products before they sell out.

Payment

• Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase
• No partial payments or holds — full payment is required to secure your reservation
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay

💡 By completing a pre-order, you agree that your card will be charged immediately and your order will be fulfilled upon product release.

Shipping Timeline

• Pre-orders ship within 1–3 business days of the official product release date
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility
• Release dates are set by the manufacturer and may shift — we will notify you of any changes

Release Date Changes

Release dates in the collectibles industry can change without notice. If a release date is delayed:

Pre-Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your pre-order before the product ships by emailing orders@sealedrepublic.com
• Once the product has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies
• Cancellation requests are processed within 1–2 business days
• Refunds for cancellations are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days

Product Authenticity

Every pre-order at Sealed Republic is:

• ✅ Sourced from authorized distributors only
• ✅ Stored in a climate-controlled, secure facility
• ✅ Shipped with factory seal 100% intact
• ✅ Never touched, opened, or resealed

Allocation & Availability

Some products are available in limited quantities. Pre-orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee fulfillment if distributor allocation is reduced. In the rare event we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund with no fees.

Multiple Pre-Orders

If you place multiple pre-orders with different release dates, each will ship separately as the products release. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Pre-order listings on our store clearly display:

Stripe & Payment Disclosure

Pre-order charges appear on your statement as SEALED REPUBLIC immediately upon purchase. If you have questions about a charge, contact us before initiating a dispute — we will resolve it directly and quickly.
