Where Is My Order?
As soon as your order ships from our facility, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing:

✅ Your tracking number
✅ The carrier name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
✅ A direct tracking link to follow your package in real time
✅ Your estimated delivery date

Carrier selection is made by Sealed Republic based on package size, weight, destination, and fastest available service at time of shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment
Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent

My Tracking Says Delivered But I Haven’t Received It
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

Check surrounding areas — porch, mailbox, side door, garage
Ask neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages with nearby residents
Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark delivered early
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for a delivery scan report
Email us at orders@sealedrepublic.com if the issue is unresolved after 24 hours

We will open a carrier investigation and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

My Tracking Hasn’t Updated in Several Days
Tracking updates can sometimes stall due to:

Carrier sorting facility delays
Weather or natural events affecting transit routes
High volume periods (holidays, major releases)
Customs processing for international orders

If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days, contact us at orders@sealedrepublic.com and we will investigate immediately.

International Order Tracking
For international orders:

Tracking is available from shipment to arrival at your country’s border
Once the package enters your country, tracking may transfer to your local postal carrier
Customs processing can add 3–10 business days to delivery time
Sealed Republic is not responsible for delays caused by customs

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

Email us at orders@sealedrepublic.com with your order number
We will file an official carrier claim on your behalf
Resolution options: full replacement or full refund
Claims are typically resolved within 5–10 business days

We stand behind every shipment. If the carrier loses your order, we make it right.

Signature Requirements
Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required:

The carrier will leave a notice if no one is available
You can schedule a redelivery directly with the carrier
Or arrange pickup at your nearest carrier facility
