Placing an order on sealedrepublic.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred
• Limit quantities per customer on high-demand products

Sealed Product Disclaimer

Sealed Republic guarantees the factory sealed condition and authenticity of every product we sell. However:

Opening a sealed case is done entirely at the buyer’s risk regarding contents. No refunds are available for opened products regardless of contents received.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Sealed Republic reserves the right to correct pricing errors
• If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing

Payment

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase

Taxes

• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address
• International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Domestic delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing
• Free shipping is provided on all domestic US orders
• Sealed Republic is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Key points:

• 30-day return window from delivery date
• Unopened, factory sealed items only
• Refunds processed within 10 business days of return receipt
• Opened products are not eligible for return under any circumstances

Pre-Orders

• Ships within 1–3 business days of official release date
• Release date changes are communicated by email
• Full refund issued if product is cancelled by manufacturer
